Chicory is really easy to grow straight in the ground, raised beds or in pots. They are very elegant plants and can be grown as an ornamental plants in the veg patch.

Sow the seed in May/June and you'll have lots of tasty pickings from October - December

Perfect for winter salads, stir-fries or braised with balsamic vinegar.
